Team Cream Puff

Team Cream PuffThe power behind the puff known to many as “Team Cream Puff” is made up of 200 staff running three shifts during the 11-day state fair. At peak 90 employees are in the bakery at one time. The bakery introduces youth and adults to the baking industry in a fun, team environment and serves as a training ground for many college students pursuing a career in the bakery field.
